The magnificent inner city of Brussels was the setting once again for a magical and enchanting light show during the KBC Brussels Night Run. To top it off, the Indian Summer also made an appearance in our capital.

The organisation plotted a new course for the third edition. The start and finish were by the Place de la Bourse, the registration area was in La Bourse building itself. La Bourse is not usually open to the public, which made registering itself a special part of the whole experience.

The course of 7 km took the participants past the following locations: the Parc de Bruxelles, Grand-Place, Saint-Hubert Royal Galleries and Manneken Pis. The unique lighting in the Saint-Hubert Royal Galleries in particular made the route one to remember.

Thanks to the beautiful weather there were lots of people registering on the day itself, at the end of which thousands of participants set off. The supplies along the route were especially welcome owing to the warm weather. What was remarkable was that not a single plastic cup was used for the very first time.
