Jakobsen wins rainy first stage in Bolsward

Fabio Jakobsen has won the first stage of the 14th BinckBank Tour. In tough conditions Jakobsen won a bunch sprint ahead of Marcel Kittel en Caleb Ewan as he took the overall lead.
